Calphalon Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Fry Pan
David Lewis from Gaithersburg, MD– Verified Buyer
I bought two. The pans heat evenly and are not to heavy...making flipping omelettes and fried eggs easy. I rated them 5 Star not because they were better than pans costing twice as much but because they were half the price and just as good as the more expensive pans.
No stick? No problem!

Bought this to replace our worn out nonstick. I was a little concerned about sticking food, and cleaning. After a little practice, I have mastered the pan. No stick even with eggs. Cooking with stainless has made me a better cook. My family has been really impressed with my cooking, saying that everything has more flavor. I wish I could take credit, but it all goes to the pans. Searing and deglazing adds a new level of flavor that was simply not possible with nonstick cookware. I am hooked and have purchased all sizes of Calphalon Tri-Ply Omelet pans,
Excellent sauce pan. Good value for the $ spent.

It's just too delicate for the workhorse sauté pan I was looking for and the anodized aluminum Calphalon sauté´pan it replaced. Bummer.

Tri-Ply Stainless Steel 10" Omelet Pan
Guido from Cedarburg, Wisconsin– Verified Buyer
I purchased this pan for use on a portable induction cook top and it works well with it. The pan is manufactured extremely well and is solid and has some weight to it. I like the handle design as it never gets hot from sitting on the burner. This is NOT a non-stick type of pan, so things will stick to it if you don't coat the pan prior to cooking with it. I bought it for this reason as I can make things in the pan and place it in the oven with no worry.

Nice Quality Product

We replace our 2-year old non-stick (TFT) fry pan with this stainless steel product for food safety concern. This is a really nice quality stainless fry-pan, works great on high tempeture cooking style. But will use other model with higher lid when doing stir fry pan.

We bought this pan over a year ago. I use it several times a week and it still looks new. The handle stays cool and the pan heats evenly. It is well made and a very good value.
