I did have a problem with eggs sticking in the smaller frying pan but solved it today. It is importaqnt to follow the instructions excatly, so don't turn the heat up all the way, make sure the butter/oil is heated and then slowly pour in the eggs...they didn't stick! They are beautiful and perfect and I have even put them through the dishwasher with burns from steak! Was this helpful? Yes / No

I've had to get used to turning the heat down lower to avoid burning food, the material transmits heat very well.
