Love that it doesn't have the long handles.

I love this pan! Nothing sticks to it and it is SOO easy to clean. I love that my dishwasher is no longer overfull of pans as handwashing is so quick! This pan is larger than any of my frying pans, and deeper too. I had hoped it would be a little bit deeper though as it is not very much deeper than a frying pan (only slightly). It comes with a lid though which is a huge plus for a frying pan size/shaped dish. I also like that it has 2 handles which is much easier for my to lift with. The handles rubbery covers though aren't very big and beyond the covers the handles are hot.

I love the size and ease of cooking with this pan. My only wisy is that the handles were covered all around in the rubber coating. I have burned my fingers a couple of times when pouring food out.
