You cant go wrong ordering this griddle. Service Review FedEx mis-delivered this item two weeks ago. The package was located and finally delivered two days after tracking showed it at my front door. This happens once in a while, of course, but the same thing happened just two days ago – another FedEx mis-delivery.This time I got the package one day late, but Im almost at the point where I will ask that any package NOT be shipped by FedEx. Happy cook from Southwest VA	5.0 3/22/2010 Favorite fryer This griddle is great for fast-cooking meats (beef steak, venison chops). It's also great for saute (onions and peppers to go with meat). I can't comment on durability, as I have had it for such a short time. My earlier version of this griddle, quite a bit heavier, has been excellent on durability, but the surface got scratched when someone cut meat on it. Was this helpful? Yes / No
