Excellent product and performs as it should.

This non-stick 12" Omelet pan was a pleasure to cook with in that the non-stick surface performed as extremely well as the eggs just slide off. Also my wife stepped out side to talk to a neighbor & forgot she was cooking & burned everything to a crisp. The amazing thing is that I was able to wipe it clean with little effort. I would recommend this product for the quality and especially the price.

This is my favorite pan! I use if for everything. You can cook up hamburger and strain the fat easily with the silicone lid with vent/drain holes. I have burned quite a few items in my time cooking and had to worry about the clean up. Not with this pan, it is completely non stick. Absolutely Love It!!!
What took me so long!

I've recently purchased 3 Calphalon pans, 12" , 6" and a roaster. They are on the heavy side but heat distribution is great, and clean-up is awesome; everything just slides off the pans! You get what you pay for with these!!!

I love this pan. It is bigger than I expected and it steams up and you can cut t off and it is still cooking.
Calphalon omelette pan

I bought this omelette pan and have used it several times. It's very roomy and heavy-duty. I've fried hamburgers and bacon in it. I would like to buy more calphalon pans to replace the pans that I have now.

This item is simply too large to cook the perfect omelette. If I had to purchase another omelette pan, it would be the 8 or 10 pan. This pan is better for frying. The cover makes a nice addition, because it prevents splashing....
