Calphalon Roaster

Took a while for me to get over the sticker shock, after seeing many roasters advertised locally for far less. I have never had a roaster, so I had no comparison. I think I like it and I am going to keep it. I made a wonderful pot roast for a post Thanksgiving meal and I do not believe it would have turned out as well with another roaster. But not sure Still not sure it was worth the money but I will keep it. Not sure I would purchase again Bit of an overuse of the word sure but I guess that sums it up! Not sure! lol

The best !

This is my third pan. This one is the best. There is place to put vegetable under the rack, the pan is sturdy and can be used on the stovetop to make the sauce without damaging it.
