"Hi Mary, This piece isn't designed for use with an induction cook top. It may work, but not as well as a pan that is designed specifically for use with an induction stove. The inside of the wok would be flat as well."

The pan sit on the stop of the cooktop stove nicely, This kind of pan it good for the stirs fry, fry rice, and tire fry nooble, but not recommendation for cooking Omelets. Was this helpful? Yes / No

evac93rd from Conyers, GA	5.0 4/10/2011 Perfect on gas or electric stoves The flat bottom eliminates the need for a Wok ring. It cooks evenly and cleans w/o a problem. The handles stay nice and cool even during cooking on medium-high heat I've made fried rice and Kung-Pao chicken in it with great success. Make sure and use a wok shovel for maximum benefits.
