beautiful pot at a great price I'm in the process of a kitchen re-model and decided to replace my pots. I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet but I look forward to the completion of my kitchen and putting my pot to work! |

Brilliant warranty! Married in 1966 and given many pcs of the original anodized and stainless steel Calphalon pots and pans. Lovingly used for all these years, until last year when my ancient but favorite 12 quart pot developed a leak?! Calphalon replace it, and 4 other pcs that I returned (no cost) with the newest and lastest - and an enormous no problem, no cost, and continued lifetime warranty. I LOVE these guys as much as cooking with their pots n pans! |

Calphalon 12 qt stockpot w/lid Review for WayfairMore than pleased with this stockpot. It is plenty big, heavyweight, easy to use, easy to clean. I've been a Calphalon (professional series) cook for over 10 year and love the product and the service of standing by their products. As a family of 10...yes, 8 children... we need a large pot just to well, cook dinner. This is perfect and [...]. I'd highly recommend this for anyone who requires a large stockpot, of course an extra shelf maybe required too! |

12 Quart Stockpot with Lid Review for Wayfair:What a wonderfully made pot! It is the perfect size for our family of 10. Heavy weight and easy to clean. It is a nice addition to our collection of cookware. This is a very large pot (perfect for a big family), but we will have to store it on some extra shelving, as it is rather large to fit in our cupboard space. Of course if you order a 12 qt. stockpot, you'd expect it to be on the LARGE side. We have always been more than satisfied with all of our Calphalon pots and pans. We have used the professional set for the past ten years, the company has stood faithfully by each product. However, we needed a larger stockpot with the addition of our eighth child (7 through adoption, this pot is perfect for soups, stews, pasta or cooking any recipe in larger batches[...] |

Beware of the glass top! My wife loved this until only a few weeks after we got it, she placed the glass lid down on the stove next to her, stirred the pot, then accidentally hit the handle of the lid knocking it onto the floor. It crashed with a very loud smash, and shattered the glass top into thousands of small pieces. We are very disappointed that they didn't make the glass top out of bulletproof glass, or unbreakable glass. Now I'm exploring the internet to try to figure out if you can even buy a replacement lid for it or not ! ! ! Otherwise, if you're very careful not to drop it (or drop anything heavy on it) it is excellent for cooking large stews etc. This would be a five star rating except for the glass fatal flaw. |

Just What I Needed My mom gave this to me as a gift, and it's terrific! I make large quantities of chicken chili and other healthy meals, freeze them, and take them to work. Before getting this stockpot, I would have two large (or so I thought) pots going at once. Now, it's all consolidated to one. I was concerned that things wouldn't cook evenly, but the pot heated quickly and worked beautifully. It just fits in my pot drawer by a hair. Love it! Thanks, Mom! |

A great stockpot for a reasonable price! I use it primarily to cook stews and greek meatballs which have a thick sauce. The pot works well as it is wide which allows the sauce to boil down and thicken. It works well for stuffed grape leaves as well. |
