Great little everyday and every-use pan!

I love this pan. I do a lot of braising and sautes and this pan is perfect for our family of 3, and now that we've just added a new baby, I see me using this a lot in the future for 4 as well. Wish they made a 12" one for when we have company. (Calphalon has a 12" one in their Contemporary Nonstick line, wish they would make on in Contemporary stainless steel...hint hint if someone from Calphalon is reading this!)

It doesn't clean up as easily as I had hoped, but the cooking process is quite all right. If easy clean-up is not the issue, I would recommend it.

Perfect Fit

This pot is perfect because even though i have several different pots, pans, and baking sheets, I needed something that was a perfect fit for different meals. I have a skillet that is too small to really cook sauces, and a medium pot that is to big - so this is my 'in-be-tween' and I love it!

Service Review

It took some time, and it had been placed on back-order. I had ordered it for my birthday, and got it about 3 weeks later. I had emailed customer service - and they were great with replying and keeping me in check with the status of my pot.

I use this pan just about every day. I have others like it in the "non-stick" category, but the stainless steel is perfect for searing or slow cooked items in sauces. I will most likely get a second one soon. I prefer these pans to ones with "long handles". Several of these fit nicely on a standard size cook top.
