I bought this pot for my friend who is getting married. She loved it so much I decided to buy one for myself as well. Great for cooking a whole meal in one pan! Easy cleanup and great for quick steamed veggies!

This is a great pot set. Everyone needs a pot this size!

Calphalon continually puts out really great products. Picked this one up off clearance, but it came brand new and undamaged. Absolutely no issues. We use it for everything: corn, pasta, broccoli, etc. The multi-tasking you can do with this item is great, especially when you have minimal time to cook and you just want to get cooking done. And on top of it all, it's super easy to clean up.

Tremendous capacity and the non stick coating is excellent. Steamer insert is very useful. I only wish the lid had a tighter seal around the opening of the pot...But not a deal breaker.

Multi-Purpose Pasta Pot which also can serve as vegetable steamer and soup or stock pot. Very sturdy, non stick and exceptionally easy to clean. Only negative is that it is so big it is hard to store and very heavy.

This pot performed above my expectations! It has a large enough capacity to cook for a crowd and cleanup is a breeze. Even the stainless steel insert was very easy to clean.

I live in an apartment with the worlds smallest galley kitchen and a ridiculously tiny electric stove. the largest burner puts out less than 10,000 btu. so it is difficult to cook allot of things. Anodized aluminum cookware provides excellent heat distrubution and retains heat, requiring less heating, and providing the ability to move off the burner to cook something else, without the first item cooling before the second is done (if planned properly. this multi-pot is an excellent addition to any kitchen arsenal-useful for soups, pasta, sauces, and an array of complex meals with the assistance of the steamer. I wish it were dishwasher safe, but other than that, i love this Pot!!! It is almost like cooking with Guardian Service!!

The pasta drainer and steamer inserts along with the 8 qt pot make for a space-saving, efficient set. It is a perfect addition to my Calphalon collection.

I love this pot because of its size. It's the perfect pot for soup, corn on the cob, pasta, potatoes... I love the pasta strainer. Pasta cooks perfectly and then drains into the pot as you lift the strainer. That means, no dumping into a collnder or precarious draining with the lid. Also, veggie basket steams vegetables to perfection without draining them of their beneficial nutrients.
