Bigwheel from Salem, Ohio	5.0 7/20/2011 Everyone Needs One of These ! This distributes heat very evenly and the handle does not get hot. I use it for any frying that doesn't generate a lot of grease. I just leave it sit on the grill side of my stove and use the grill burner to heat and cook. I use it so often that it has become part of my stove. Was this helpful? Yes / No
MailmanBob from Middletown NY	5.0 6/29/2011 SUPERB QUALITY This is the 2nd Calphalon griddle I have owned. I have used others but none compare to the quality of this one. It works superbly, if cleaned right. I NEVER use soap or scrubbies on this griddle. I merely wipe it off with hot water and a sponge and dry it with a paper towel. If a slight film of grease is apparent, it is ok. This will keep it non-stick forever. I use this griddle extensively, for eggs, bacon, pancakes, home fries, grilled cheese and others. Nobody you know from Lexington , KY	4.0 6/20/2011 What I expected Having put up with [$] griddles from [...] that warp after a few uses, I decided to spend some money for one that was flat and would stay flat.
