Great set of steak knives at a very reasonable price. Product Review The knives are well-made and attractive with black handles and stainless steel blades. Knives are well balanced. The blade is serrated, which was not apparent in the photos nor mentioned in the description. While I do not like serrated knives because they tend to tear the meat rather than slice cleanly, the relatively open serrations allowed for clean slices without resistance. Purchased a special hone for serrated knives and recommend getting one if you purchase these knives.. Service Review The set arrived within a week after it was ordered. |
