Very nice It's a perfectly good tart pan. I would only point out that the bottom does in fact, lift out as it should in a tart pan. I was concerned because the description wasn't very clear. It has a nice non-stick coating and at 10" makes a large tart. |

Awesome Pan! This Pan works well. I made an apple tarte in it and it came out just perfect, did not stick easily slid out. |
