This cake pan with lid is great! I now have a cake pan with a high lid that I can bake a cake and pile on the frosting and place the lid on without the top touching the frosting. The cake also comes right out of the non-stick cake pan surface real well. The price was great also. The lid fits very tight, but after a while you will get the hang of how to remove it. This is a wonderful cake pan. The cake floats right out when done, and it makes a beautiful golden brown crust. I would highly recommend this pan to anyone who wants beautiful results when baking. After watching "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" I was inspired to make a bund cake, so I bought this pan. My cake was a sucess. The in-laws loved it."

Only giving it 4 stars as I haven't had a chance to use yet. No need to bake a cake at the moment:( I have this brand of many other pans so I have no doubt that this pan will hold up to the rest.
