I got this almost a month ago and used it twice to make my tarts. Love them as they were made of good quality stainless steel and easy to clean. It takes some time to learn to use it as it requires an extra flat pan on the bottom to contain the ring as to form the tart shell and extra greasing on the rings is required to release the baked tarts.
