This cake pan with lid is great! I now have a cake pan with a high lid that I can bake a cake and pile on the frosting and place the lid on without the top touching the frosting. The cake also comes right out of the non-stick cake pan surface real well. The price was great also. The lid fits very tight, but after a while you will get the hang of how to remove it. This is a wonderful cake pan. The cake floats right out when done, and it makes a beautiful golden brown crust. I would highly recommend this pan to anyone who wants beautiful results when baking. I own 3 of these now. I use them for my roll baking ONLY. I make rolls from scratch almost everyday.I can count on this pan to give me the results I am looking for EVERY time.Nicely brown on the bottom and NO sticking. I own lots of pans and yes they all will cook rolls but some days I make about 10 dozen rolls andI don't have the time to think about oven temps and adjustments."..."  Read more
