Only time will tell how reliable and durable it will be, but the quality and obvious ruggedness of its physical appearance is certainly assuring.
1. Fit and finish is excellent, comparable to other chairs costing much more.
2. It required very little assembly
3. We paid more to get the mid-wheel drive model and it is well worth it. It is very maneuverable, and as advertised, it can turn 360 degrees within it own wheelbase.
4. We were pleased that it arrived with the batteries already charged so we could try it out immediately.
5. The only negative I can report is on the poor quality of the Owner's Manual. It hasn't been updated to reflect the improvements on this model and the photos' resolution is so poor, they're not of much help.
