I added a lower support cross brace to studs for extra support. Installed in a total of 2 hrs from picking up tools to finishing. Very easy to operate and looks good in wall Service Review The delivery was as promised but the packaging for such a heavy item was very lacking. The box was crumpled when received and the safe had minor paint scratches along edges and corners. I touched up with appliance paint after installed. Service Review Extremely poor packaging for something of this weight. This is the second unit purchased and both arrived with the battery pack torn from its wires as it's not supported within the safe and its weight is too much to hold it in place during shipping.
