“Hello, if I bought this safe but forgot the combination would I be out of luck? Is there some sort of back up system in place?” asked by Dana

"Hi Dana, this safe has a keypad and a manual key lock. The manual key hole is hidden by a panel, and is for backup (the battery for the key pad is inside the safe, so if you don't change the battery and it dies, you are able to open the safe with a key)."
