Very satisfied with purchase Product Review I bought this as a house warming gift. They loved it! The unit is very solid and nice and heavy. It is very sturdy and looks great. It was a snap to assemble. I replaced the black wood screws that fasten the four coat hooks to the main trunk with better colour-matched cabinet screws. This nicely finished the look. Again, very satisfied. Service Review Delivery came in two boxes. One box was not delivered with the other. I phoned customer service and they located the 'lagging' box and promptly shipped it the next day. The unit arrived in good condition. |

Great........BUT....... Love the finished product, but it arrived with a couple of missing drill holes. My handyman made it work. |
