Good "faux" look

I dithered between getting the darker and lighter finish. The faux "marquetry" details would show up more on the lighter finish. I got the darker finish, and the details are pretty subtle, but the overall color is nice. It is a sturdy piece, looks more expensive than it is. The metal rail is a nice "antique" brass color, and is substantial, so looks right, not cheap.

Lovely

Beautifully designed and executed. The photo doesn't do it justice...nice marquetry on the top and the fronts of the drawers is well done. It's sturdy and easy to assemble. We're converts to Butler Specialty furniture!
