We ordered two of the Wharton bookcases and use them in our sitting room as a show case for our Asian artifacts. The rich color of the finish is beautiful and is so much more than the pictures. The rolling glass doors glide so smoothly. My husband was ecstatic of our selection from Wayfair. Pros: The quality matches the price value! Cons: Just keep in mind the depth of the shelving. It's not really a bookcase, unless you have small books.

This was what appears to be a refurbished or pieced together item from other old pieces of furniture. Workmanship was terrible, quality of the piece is as the Wayfair customer service wrote me 'unacceptable' after I sent them pictures of the poor stain job--front of piece looks like someone filled in the molding with wood putty and the stain did not take--also dripping in places. The shelf is 'droopy' in the middle--like it has had heavy books on it already. Back of the unit is another 'more red' color of stain than the rest of it. I'll never buy again from Wayfair.

Perfect size to go behind our couch and store paperwork out of sight. "Glass" is actually plastic which means it can't break in use or during shipping - however it's not glass... Finish is good, but doors need pulls, which I plan to buy and install (very easy job - drill two holes). Overall the pros of this piece solidly outweigh the relatively minor cons.

It's a beautiful piece of furniture. However, it is a little more red than on the photograph, which makes sense for a cherry finish.
