Great desk for home and small office purposes. Time consuming to put together but not complicated. May be worth the fee for in home setup if you are not handy and/or do not like to follow instruction booklets...or you just don't have the time.

Service Review

Delivery can be tricky depending on your location only because of the large size/shape and weight of the box. If you are on a main floor or have an elevator then there shouldn't be any issues. The box requires 2 people to lift and move it. Customer service experience pertaining to billing was great! Speedy and accurate assistance on my account received!

I love this product it was exactly what I wanted the only problem I had is that one of the pieces of wood came with a big crack down the middle of it. It didnt go all the way through but still I didnt pay all that money for it to come messed up and another piece had some light scraches on the the surface. But other then that the product its self was what I pictured when I set it up.

It was in a million pieces (as usual) spent a day and a half.I was missing 2 screws to hold a drawerfront I improvised and got that part put together. In using the product the paint is already coming off on the corner where my arm usually rests while I am on the computer. The predrilled holes for one drawer were drilled wrong and I had to adjust for that and rescrew the drawer rail in so it worked correctly. One person cannot move this desk the waay it is designed or it would break about where the drawers start as it is not strong enough Thanks Keith Powell

This is a great product and looks really stylish. The reason I didn't give it a five was because it took me around 4-5 hours to assemble. The directions weren't confusing but it had 30 to 40 steps for assembly. Make sure you have an automatic screwdriver or your hands will be raw. Overall it was not expensive, looks good, and is very sturdy.

The worst thing I have ever bought. Door doesn't work, drawers don't work. It took forever to get it to stand up without collapsing. We have weights holding up one side because it leans so much. Still isn't straight or sturdy. Nothing works. Don't waste your money on this trash.

I use this desk in my personal activity room. I have read so many bad reviews about this desk I started to not buy it but, I'm so glad I did. It fits my decor perfectly. It does take some time to assemble but, if you have an electric screw driver, a manual #2 phillips, a large flat head screw driver and a hammer you have the tools you need. Follow the directions don't jump a head. First check off every piece before starting so you know what you have and easy access to it. The drawers in my desk are great and work perfectly. I did have to do a slight adjustment after placing them in the desk that took 30 seconds. Don't get in a hurry enjoy making something that looks great and will last you a long time. I have not found any cons at this point. It's great! Buy with confidence it is a sturdy well made piece of furniture.

It is extreely heavy, so you def need two people just to move it from yuour front door to the inside of your house. the drawers dontslide in perfectly, but they still work. i love this desk!

The assembly directions were not helpful if you prefer written instructions. The pictures were adequate. A chunk of the compressed wood broke around the pre-drilled hole during assembly. In the end, the drawers do not align very straight.
