I like this TV stand very much. I looked at many, many stands before deciding to go with glass instead of faux wood with which I anticipated problems with drawers and finishes and assembling. No problems like that with this TV stand. And I didn't want a mammoth furniture store TV stand. A handyman put the stand together for us (with some help from my husband lifting the glass shelves) and I don't think he had any trouble. The box was 100+ pounds so too heavy for us to carry down the stairs. We opened the box and carried the pieces one-by-one. Threading the wires through the holes on the back is a little challenging, but worth the effort. We have a 50" plasma TV and this stand leaves plenty of room on the sides for DVD cases and Netflix envelopes. So far we have a DVD player and VCR on the middle shelf. Will also have a Roku and maybe a cable box. There should be plenty of room with the two shelves."..." Read more

Putting the stand together was relatively easy; did it in an evening. I did find that the drawers (which are mounted on rails) were not the easiest things in the world to get set correctly; it took quite some doing to get them moving smoothly. I had exactly the right number of everything; be warned that there are no extra screws, etc., at all. I used a jigsaw to widen the wire holes in the back of the stand, to increase airflow. I also mounted an exhaust fan for a particularly hot component. Everything worked fine. The stand looks nice (it's holding up a 60" tv) and is quite sturdy. There's a small crack in the veneer, but one must be right next to it to discover it. I have no idea whether the crack was there when we got the stand or not; we're fortunate that it's essentially invisible. Always remember to check the dimensions (this is a big stand, and is quite heavy!) carefully. This stand is taller than some other models because of the drawers, and that impacts the viewing height of the TV. We nearly bought another stand whose center speaker shelf was too small for our speaker; Always remember to check the dimensions!"..." Read more

Bush Visions 32" Flat Panel Corner TV Stand Bush Industries

I bought this tv stand for a 32 inch flat panel tv. The size of the unit is perfect. Even though I don't have it in a corner, I have the option. I like the doors for anything below the first shelf and I actually like the open first shelf since that's where my satellite box is and I can get to it easily. I put it together myself in a couple of hours. The only thing I did was screw something through the top of the back panel. You can't see it but the directions weren't clear and I should have paid closer attention. Otherwise, very easy assembly for one person. Make sure you are doing it on carpet cause you have to slide pieces on their tops. Only thing is I have to dust it about every day because it's black but I like how it looks nicer matching the tv."..." Read more

I shopped for a TV/Component stand for my 40" LCD both on-line and in stores. There were not too many that offered enough space for several AV components, and the ones that did were either VERY expensive or made cheaply. I was very impressed by the size and quality of this stand for the price. I ordered it on Thursday and received it on the next Wednesday. It is a fairly large and heavy package, but it is sturdy and packed very well. All the parts are numbered in individual plastic bags and the instructions have clear diagrams. What they do lack is written text to go with the diagrams, but the instructions were easy enough to follow. It took me a little over an hour to assemble the stand myself and the best part is the only tools needed are a Philips screwdriver and two supplied Allen wrenches. I would highly recommend this Bush stand, and the service from this website was excellent."..." Read more
