Bush Riverwood 60" Flat Panel TV Stand in Satin Black - VS13988-03

I've had this for 6 years and it has moved with me 3 times - once cross country and I can say it is very well constructed since it still looks practically brand new. The only thing I have noticed after moving it a few times are the screws to the knob handles have gotten loose over the years and I've had to replace the screw for longer ones so that the knobs would not wiggle. I have a receiver, video game console, Power cell and DVD player in the unit and when multiple units are running at the same time it can get hot in the unit. I have since installed fans at the back of the unit which has addressed this issue.

This TV stand is sleek and very contemporary. It is heavy duty and looks really nice for the price. The only drawback is that there a lot of pieces and the instructions were very poorly written. My husband struggled putting it together. But, once it was assembled it was really worth it.

Very good deal, shopped around and Wayfair had the best price by at least $60.00. The stand is well constructed and holds numerous items, thus, saving space. Relatively easy to assemble if you are use to assembling products. Very happy with the strength and the quality of the components. The contemporary styling is very appealling.

The item was nicely pacakged and arrived quickly. I needed a 2nd person to help build it for just a couple steps where you have to line up many items at once. The manual points it out when you get to these steps. It took 3-4 hours for me to build it. I still haven't put the back piece on because I am trying to decide the best placement for my components and possible additional fans I might add. It will scratch fairly easily, but it is a nice piece for the price. I'd buy it again.

At this price point I was not expecting to have to put it together myself. The instructions are clear, but it still took a while.

It was not explanined until scheduling the devilery that it was expected I would be home to help the drive unload the 300+ lbs package. Ended up having to pay $40 more for a lift gate truck so the driver could unload with out me. After a few phone calls TV Stands agreed to split the $40 with me.

The delivery was prompt. Customer service was excellent.

I was worried about shipping damage with such a large/heavy item but the packaging was so good I didn't need to worry. Assembly took me two evenings (maybe 3-4 hours total) by myself but you will need someone to help you move it after it is put together. The assembly instructions are all pictures and easy enough to follow. You may want to buy some additional wood glue for all the dowel pegs that need to be glued. I’m happy with the purchase/[...]/assembly and would suggest it for anyone needing an entertainment stand for their new HD TV!

Customer service for this company was terrible. My issue was very easily fixed, but no one told me how to fix it until 2 weeks later and I was treated like an idiot. I would not recommend buying from this manufacturer.
