Bunk Beds

We were looking for a well made all wood (not particle board or pressed wood) bunkbed for our girls with under bed storage. We wanted a bed with good slat support and tha had a built in ladder and that could be configured so the ladder could be placed on either side and on either end of the bed. This is a great bed that met our needs. Pros: The bed arrived well packaged and only the head boards needed two people to bring it in the house. The other packaged parts could easily be carried by one person. Assembly was easier than I anticipated and can be done by one person. The design allows for tight fitting junctions and for dissassembly without fear breaking the bed, too. The wood and finish are hard and resistant to dents and scratches. The under bed drawers are deep Cons: Drawers are not in tracks or guides so when we move the bed, we have to adjust drawers back into place (minor con). We received our Twin /Twin bunk beds ahead of estimated delivery date, the shipping company called first and scheduled the delivery.The solid wood and beautiful finish on everything is such a treat compared to all the particle board stuff available these days. It came in a lot of boxes ready for assembly, and my 10 yr. old son and I had it built in less than 3 hours. It looks amazing and is very solid and safe and the kids love it !!!!
