This is a beautiful bed. We waited a long time for it, now that it has finally arrived,it was worth it. It is larger than I expected it to be, even though we took measuremnets but I dont care. My girls love their new bed. The shelves under the top bunk go all the way behind the stairs for more storage. Even under the bottom bunk can be used for storage. My little one loves to hide under there for now. This bed is great for toddlers because the stairs are safe enough to go up and down on them without getting hurt as with a ladder. Another great feature is that the bottom bunk has wheels on the head board to make it easy to move the bed for cleaning. There was mentioning in another review about the lower bed developing a cavity in the mattress due to lack of support. I didnt care, I figured when we got our set we will figure out a way to better support the mattress for the bottom bed. We didnt even have to worry about that it had already been corrected with more support beams added."..."  Read more

Got these beds for my kids bunk room. They are really great. The construction quality is amazing, well made out of solid oak (and maybe elm) wood. The painted finish is very durable. Our kids have been using these for months now and love them. Easy for them to get up and down the stairs, and very sturdy for adults to climb up too. There are many slats that support the mattresses so very secure even with a lot of weight no the top bunk. These are not the cheapest but are really worth the money. We also own a Berg bunk bed set that we purchased on Wayfair. That set has a very different design, and is mainly partical board and laminates, it is fine, but this one it really nice. We bought this bed for our 3 year-old daughter, with plans to move her 1 year-old sister into her room in a year or so. We chose it because it is not as tall as a regular bunk bed. Between that and the use of stairs instead of a ladder, it was the safest bunk bed we could find. (Not to mention how cute it was in the pictures.) Once we had it assembled, it exceeded all expectations. The stairs are easy to navigate, it looks fantastic, and it has tons of storage. Our daughter loves it! She sleeps in the lower bunk for now, and uses the upper bunk for playing and reading. Once she's a little older, we'll be comfortable having her sleep up there, and will move her sister into her room. Regarding price - I searched far and wide for something comparable, and came up empty. There is nothing out there that has these same features at this price. The quality is great - it's solid and sturdy, the drawers slide easily and aren't crooked, and the whole thing is squared up well. I have bought a lot of assemble-yourself furniture, and most is not of this quality. (Side note - the photo shows some storage cubbies to the right of the stairs. Those cubbies don't exist on our assembled unit. There is a small space at the floor level, but no cute shelves. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. Another review indicated the cubbies do work out if you assemble the other way.)"..."  Read more

I feel this is a strong purchase for not just a child but for life. It is truly built to last which is what I was shopping for. I spent 3 days shopping and wanted quality at a good price. I found for fake wood I can spend the same amount that is awful!!! But like I said with time I found quality. This like I said is timeless I feel if you can be creative...I feel it can follow my child to college the drawers change out to be plain...and I can fill the butterflies in with stain glass to make it look more grown for her...then it really can last a lifetime. The customer service was great because the only problem was with set up the drawers have to come out to do a step and they are tricky to get out but I called and it was super friendly and fast. It was a little bumpy ordering the product with the rep I will say I was nervous I have never purchased from them before and my credit card protection and we just moved so I had to call back after I called my bank and the rep would not honor the rate I was promised and was very rude and refused to get his manager I just hung up and got another rep to get me a manger and it was cared for. Every company has a problem child so I let it go the manager honored the rate I had everything written down and a promo code so it was put thru just fine. The delivery was great. We took it off the truck ourselves driver was friendly. I have since ordered more stuff from Wayfair now that the bed went thru just perfect."..."  Read more
