Delivery was very prompt. My main complaint is that the hard rubber bottom of the case was distorted and would not sit flat on the floor. It had obviously been packed badly or at some point folded incorrectly. I used a set of weights to reflatten the bottom and that helped somewhat. But basically the bag remains distorted. Still useable, but doesn't open well and doesn't sit flat on the floor when open or closed.

Great value! I have been looking for a bag suitable for carrying my knives and kitchen implements for many years. This bag does a great job as it has many pockets on the INSIDE (most tool bags do not) as well as being of a suitable length for large knives (eg. Bread, Meat Slicer)
