it's made of cast iron . it's easy to adjust the coarseness of the grind. and it works quite well. it's inexpensive too.

Bought this to grind corn into coarse crack for my chickens and after adjusting it... works great. Good price,does the job.

You get what you pay for, a cheap coarse grinder. I knew it would be. Make hot cereal with it, not bread.

We really love it, we have a farm and use it to grind the corn for our chickens cows goats and also our worm beds we have. We were however not happy with the fact it was on hold to order from the first of august to the end of Oct , and we needed it in Aug. I wish when you have an item, you should keep it in stock.

Very nice for corn for the chickens. Did 200 pounds of field corn and you know how hard that is. Did 50 pounds of wheat and 50 pounds of oats. Works just fine. I like it so much that I'm going to buy one more so my kids can help too.

I planned to use this for making flour for bread and it was aweful. We had to keep running it back through and still it did not make flour and what it did make also had pieces of metal from the grinder with it. I am returning this and getting an electric one.
