Dana from Anoka, MN	4.0 12/19/2011 Solid Structure Product Review The couch is very solid--clearly a well-made piece of furniture. My only complaint is that the back cushions seem to sag after only a months worth of use. Because of the cushion sag, the fabric wrinkles and makes the couch look like its years old instead of a month. Other than that, I love that the sections are separate but stay together with a locking mechanism that prevents unwanted separation. The actual look of my couch is very true to the picture (but perhaps a little more reddish in color than the picture depicts). The bottom cushions are a little more on the firm side, so if you like super squishy cushions this might not be the best fit. Another slight drawback is that the studs arent in perfect alignment. Its not super noticeable, but expect imperfections in the studs. Service Review My estimated delivery was two months after purchase, but it happily arrived within 3 weeks of order, so no complaints there! The deliverymen were very accommodating and listened well.
