Briefcases

I'm a nurse practitioner who is on the move. I work 2 jobs at 3-4 different work sites per week. The bag carries my required lifebook/tablet laptop, which is very heavy to lug around. The rolling bag makes this much easier on me. It has filing pockets as well that keep my paperwork/forms for each site separated. The front pocket is very roomy and holds cell phone, PDA, tape recorder for dictating notes, extra tapes, batteries, USB memory stick, change purse, pens/pencils, ID cards and licenses, plus room for a pack of gum, lipstick and a small brush. The laptop section is large enough not just for the laptop, but also for the charger/cord, a 7x4x1.5 case with otoscope, a 6x8.5 planner and a stethoscope. This bag is just big enough for my 14 x 10.5 x 1.5 laptop and the laptop sleeve is very well padded. I love the color (pale teal - easy to spot if I check it through to baggage claim) and the wheels have great action. It has two inner compartments, one of which opens flat so I can pack it with clothes for overnight trips. It's got plenty of dividers for files, books, shoes or whatever. As a carry-on, it's a little wide to wheel straight down an airplane aisle, but it has two sturdy handles that velcro together so I don't have any trouble lugging it off the plane or other short distances (I am not big or strong!)
