Seat, back and 2 arms. very easy to install. the chair does not recline at all. that may be an issue for some. I was not aware and would prefer a chair that reclined. The price on these chairs allows me to use them temporarily while waiting for our custom finished and upholstered chairs to be made & delivered. I wasn't expecting much at this price point, but wow! Other than I can't use the mahogony wood tone, they are really a nice, comfortable chair. The button and tufted detail and brass tacks really reflects a much more expensive chair. Chris from Rockport	4.0 2/28/2011 Great lookin desk chair Product Review Great looking desk chair. Everything works right with this. It is pretty confortable too. The only problem was the assembly. Putting the arms on was pretty tough. It would have been easier with two people. One person to pull the back and seat to line up the arms with the holes so the other person could put in the screws.
