Nata from Mount Airy, MD	5.0 2/13/2012 Exactly What I Ordered Product Review Very Sturdy High Quality Desk! It does the job of receiving clients. It's clean and neat, not too overpowering. It looks just like it did in the ad. Not too hard to put together either. But it is VERY heavy. And by the way - I opted for lift gate services... They did take it off the truck but only left it at the front door. So have someone to help you. You need two or more strong people to lift this (a hand truck would help). Other than that, I am very satisfied with this item. But I am looking into getting some sort of filing system to go underneath - turns out that probably would be nice to have incorporated into it but I knew when I ordered it that it wasn't there and for the price it's worth it! Service Review Not happy that I paid extra for the "lift-gate services". Turns out that this only means "get it off the truck". They only leave it at the front door. Then you are stuck with trying to get it inside. This item has to be well over 200lbs maybe... so you need all hands on deck - two or more people to get it inside and a hand truck wouldn't hurt. Hate to think if I didn't pay to have it taken off the truck... wow! But I think they should bring it in for you, goodness. I'm female and had no one to help me and if I wasn't there it would've just been sitting outside. Not cool! Was this helpful? Yes / No
