I have lower back problems, but this chair has allowed me to work for hours at a time without back pain. The assembly went very smoothly as well. Service Review The product is great! UPS delivery could use some improvement. They just left the box at the end of my driveway which is a quarter mile away from my house. I didn't even know it was there until my son came home from school and told me! And they did the same thing with the desk I ordered! Again, the product was great, but the delivery sucked.
