Cabinet is solidly built with useful configuration. Only one of the filing drawers can be opened at a time, as any good filing cabinet should do to avoid tipping over. Unit comes with file bars and brackets to support several possible file size and layout configurations. My only gripe is that closing the larger bottom lateral filing drawer with standard file folders causes the file tabs to rub against the cabinet support above on the way back into the cabinet.

Shipping was quick and shipping service had excellent communication and flexibility.

This arrives almost completely assembled. It is solid as a tank. The shelves slide in and out like glass. One problem is that file folder tabs on the bottom do not fit well and you have to get something low profile. Looks like a $800+ item though, definitely not staples or target.
