Great Mixer! We bought this to replace our Kitchenaid Professional 6 and have no regrets. The Bosch is a workhorse and can take on tasks which would practically kill the Kitchenaid. We went back and forth between buying the Bosch or the DLX and given all of the favorable reviews for both, we didn't think the DLX was worth $300 more than the Bosch. Everybody has their preferences between the models, which is fine; my preference is getting a solid machine at a reasonable price. We spent less and got a great machine that should last us many years. Wayfair had the lowest price around, hands down. |

A Kitchen Work Horse and Great Investmen I've owned a KitchenAid mixer for 7 years and while I still love it, I was looking for more for breadmaking. The Bosch is easy to use, not too heavy to pull in and out of the cabinet, and hard working. This makes great bread easy to make and is useful for so many other things. There are tons of available attachments, it's easy to clean, and will last for ever. Highly recommended! |

I enjoy making bread again Universal Plus Kitchen Machine is all a mixer should be. I have been working up 12-14 lbs of dough with great success. The only thing you will need to be aware of is the kneading time will vary with the recipe you are using. The time in the booklet for their Whole wheat bread is not what I need for my mixed grain breads. So, stay close and test your bread to get a nice pull without tearing. It works best for my recipe at 4-5 minutes of mixing. I would not willing go back to any other mixer. |

Great for making bread I love it for making bread. I mixed up a batch of cookies but do not think the bread hooks work the best for that applications, probably need the cookie paddles. |

Fantastic mixer Bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother. Great cook and the stand mixer she used for many years had died a year ago. She bought what she believed was the best mixer on the market yet it could not do what her old Oster could do. The new Bosch we bought her does everything her old mixer did and more and is far superior to the one she had purchased. She could not be happier with it! |

Great Timesaver! It used to take me two hours to prepare my pizza dough and now only 15 minutes with my Bosh mixer (2x 16 cups). It's a very rugged and quiet machine. I'm buying a second one soon! |

Best bread dough mixer I ever used I sold my Kitchenaid Pro 600 to buy this mixer. I was very impressed how easy it handled a very stiff bagel dough with no effort. Best investment I ever made. |

The Bosch mixer is wonderful I had previously owned a Bosch mixer in the 80s and loved it. Making bread is so easy - from first mix to last rise in the pan, 45 minutes. Who could ask for anything easier. It was lost in a move in 1998 and it took me this long to get another one. Had a Kitchenaid in the meantime and hated it. This is convenient (adding ingredients is a snap) and fast. I'll never use anything else again. |
