They came fully assembled. They we such a hit at Sunday dinners we ordered 3 more. The second set came un-assembled and required 10 minutes labor for each. We had looked at local stores (Raleigh NC) and could not find anything like it -- even if we wanted to spend 3 or 4 times as much. Service Review Delivery was quick -- 4 days -- to our front door. Quality is good, particularly for the price. Comfortable height of seat and foot placement. Wood color is quite orange, which was a MAJOR disappointment.
