Bookcases

I got this bookshelf unit to replace a particle board bookshelf unit that collapsed under the weight of all my textbooks (I'm a college student). This Hon unit is both sturdy and lightweight (45 pounds). It came completely assembled. [...] One person can carry it alone, but it is bulky. I got the color "putty" which is a grayish beige. I think "putty" is an accurate name for it. Basically, this shelving unit suits my purposes very well... there is only one con I have with it and that's the Hon nameplate in the center of the top shelf. I didn't really notice it in the picture (although it's there). I just find the nameplate to be tacky and annoying. However, as a college student, I'm not trying to have the most fashionable room-- I'm just trying to have strong shelves that won't collapse.
