Bookcases

I purchased the writing desk, side chair, and two 72" bookcases in the natural grain finish to place in an office nook. The furniture is of the highest quality and the grain appears much deeper/richer in person. The arches on the bottom of the bookcases and desk add nice detail to the pieces and are a wonderful compliment to my Spanish style home. The chair is extremely comfortable and well crafted and provides hours of comfortable seating for my office work. I love just about everything Chatham makes. It is somewhat expensive but you are getting *beautiful* furniture that's made to last a lifetime, and when you consider all that and how much $$$ more well-known designers charge, Chatham starts looking like a bargain! I have a bedroom suite, several bookcases, and coffee/end/sofa tables all by Chatham. I don't want my whole house to look too "matchy-matchy" but it's hard to stomach buying anything less now.
