Adjustable to fit my big noggen, comfortable (nothing digs in), holds plenty of weight, and appears to be very durable. Im thinking of making a modification to add a yoke to the load straps to allow hanging the weight in an offset position to better work the sides of my neck. Otherwise, Im extremely pleased. My head is pretty big also and I was surprised that there was room in there to fit an even bigger one.
