The only slight flaw I have found is the reverse does not always work and the grinder is noisy. Even with that being said, it does the job every time. Was this helpful? Yes / No

Also when it did reverse, the motor sounded much louder, like it was struggling. Since I just got it, that didn't seem like a great way to start off, so I'm taking it back.
