This rice cooker is awesome, and quick and easy. I have only used it twice, but both times the rice pieces that were touching the bottom of the cooker got a little burnt and crunchy. I don't know if it's because I added some butter or something, but the rest is good. Easy to clean, easy to use.

The cooker in general is great. I am yet to use the vegetable tray, so I can't comment on that. It takes around 25 minutes to cook 3 cups of rice.
