Finches have yet to discover this feeder!

Feeder is well made and holds a lot of bird seed. However, the finches have yet to really discover the feeder and I wished they would come as the picture shows on the ad. I have other feeders for other birds that are loaded with birds. And I do have this located in a place as too not be scared from the other birds. However, this one for some reason, doesnt have the finches that I thought it would. Hoping when Spring arrives, this feeder will be full!!
