This was a very exciting package to recieve in the mail. It was a gorgeous bird feeder and I love to look of it. The middle is a clear tube that holds the bird food, surrounded by a green decorative tray and top that is made to look like bamboo. I like the coloring it is green with a bit of gold on it. I think it will look very nice outside. The birds will be eating in style. If you are thinking of getting a bird feeder check out the selection at Wayfair they have so many great options. Over a period of 17 years, we have purchased three of these Triple Tube feeders. The feeder holds 3 different kinds of bird feed so we attract many birds. And the diameter of the feeder is large enough that the different species don't crown one another! We use ours atop the pole that can be purchased. My one big comment is that it took quite a while for the birds to learn how to use the feeder. They kept flying into the plastic shield. I put tape around the bottom to identify (for the birds) the entry way. Also, the birds seem to have some slight difficulty perching on the very thin perching area. It should be made round like other perches. My best moments with the feeder is seeing a squirrel thwarted in its attempt to steal seeds."..." Read more
