We have had these in the past but sun and weather take their toll after a few years of use. So these 2 we purchased were replacements. We have more hummingbirds visit these feeders than any others that we have tried. We have hummingbirds year round. The globe that holds the liquid shows quickly if they need refill. We often have hummingbirds follow us from the door to where we hang them after taking them in to refill. I bought this because the plastic ones I've been using just fade and even get moldy. I can't wait for the hummingbirds to return from their winter in Mexico ( ruby-throated).
