The cage was somewhat easy to put together however some nuts & screws were missing & had to be bought...any birdcage sold these days should have at least a wooden tree type perch & not a dowel because it is bad for any birds feet...I have not put my yellow nape in it yet so will give you his opinion when he decides to give it...it is a great cage but for 1 small parrot only...any animal needs to call their house a home & should live comfortably in it, so before purchasing a cage think of how much room your bird needs...we have 13 all indoor cats so my bird does not get to come out as much as he is used to so his home should be a safe haven & a comfortable one...all in all this is a great cage but make it as comfy for your feathered friend as you would want your own house to be..."..."  Read more

Cage in picture was not what I got. The locks have been updated to a much nicer system. My goffin has not been able to figure them out yet. My only complaint was that the fit on the drawer and grate was sloppy. The cage was a little off in the manufacturing by about 3/4 inch, so they didn't line up perfect. For the price and service I got here at Wayfair it beat everyone else. Next best price I found was at Avian Emporium and their service sucks! The delivery company was great. I got called in to work 2 hours early and they were able to get me the cage before work. Cage is really nice, but Wayfair and TRC really made this an amazing deal and experience!"..."  Read more

My shipment arrived on time and in good condition. There was "Fragile" labels all over the boxes. I think that was a great idea! Just because the boxes are heavy doesn't mean that what's inside should take a beating. The cage was easy to put together, especially, if you are familiar with cages. I am very pleased with the seed catchers. Years ago you had to put them together with a wish and a prayer. Now they are held together by screws! (it's about time!) I am very pleased with the quality of the cages! I bought 2. My very moody African Grey, Alvin, 14 years old, seems to like it as well. He hates change! I'll be purchasing new cages in about 5 years!
