Bird Baths

I am really happy with my birdbath. The birds fly onto it to drink or take baths in it all the time! I think the little bird on the edge attracts them. It is fun to watch the different species of bird use it. It is made of a good, heavy cement casting but it is light enough that I can hand tilt it and use my garden hose to wash it out when needed. Very easy to keep clean. It looks like durable material that will last a long time. The sun has caused some slight yellowing here and there, must be some kind of finish coating on it...but it looks kind of antique now so I don't mind that it did that. I love the lightweight feature of the bird bath. The only drawback was that I had to place heavy rocks on the base so jumping cats would not turn it over. A great addition to my rose garden - and I dont have to get a "crane" to move it."..."  Read more
