Product arrived on time and as described. First night was wonderful but have found the stuffing tends to pile up in the middle of the bed (king size) between us rather than staying directly under us. Helps to fluff it often but that requires stripping the bed so not terribly user friendly. Have yet to find care instructions so very unsure how to clean. Overall it has served the purpose of experimenting with memory foam while considering a new mattress purchase but not sure I'd purchase again.
flattens over time somewhat

I think this product could improve where they put the quilting seems. they fall right where I sleep. the product flattens over time, but it is such an improvement from my old mattress that it was worth it
Soft and comfortable...wish it was a little more firm
Gregory from State College, PA– Verified Buyer
Shipping was quick and the item received was precisely as advertised. I have a bad lower back, so I bought this to try to add a little something to my aging mattress. It was easy to attach and the linens easily fit over top. It is incredibly comfortable, though the memory foam clusters could be a little more firm. There's actually a fair amount of space between the clusters where there's minimal padding. I would recommend this to others, but warn that the memory foam clusters aren't nearly as firm as the "leading manufacturer's" memory foam.
Not as firm as I thought but comfortable
Adrienne from Hamilton, NJ– Verified Buyer
I don't dislike the mattress pad but I definitely thought it would be more firm considering the memory foam inside. I have yet to feel the. Cooling effect of the pad. The bed is more comfortable. My order came in a timely fashion. It was also perfect for my queen size bed and the straps help it stay in place. It's not bad but if you are looking for some firmness try a different type of topper.

I've had this for a few months and one of the straps has torn. However, I am pleased with the quality of the mattress pad.
New life for old bed

We had a guest bed that was just a mattress on a platform. This topper made it feel like you were getting into a featherbed. What a buy!

The topper is more like a mattress pad than a memory foam pad, but it is comfy and soft. I haven't used it long enough to know if it packs down or stays lofty - hoping for the latter, of course.
Memory foam topper review

I thought there would be more support with the memory foam clusters, but overall I am satisfied with this product.
Good for a few months
John from Cincinnati, OH– Verified Buyer
It was great for a few months, but about 8 months in it loses most of its shape/firmness. I suppose this is expected of this product type (not very familiar with memory clusters). Not bad, really depends on your expectations!
has really helped my bad back.

like the elastic on the corners, holds it right in place, it does need a fluffing every few days, but it's easy to reach under the mattress pad and shake it a bit.
