Super Intermediate Chest and Leg Bench from Vienna, VA on 01/10/2015 – Verified Buyer
Compact. Sturdy. Feels secure when lifting toward max weight. Easy to control at "failure" rep. Bar support brackets are in a bit too close for shorter lifter to use a wide grip. When bench flat for hamstring curls gap between back and seat will require "stuffing" for shorter (5' 6" or less) lifters.

A Quality bench for the money spent! from Washington DC on 12/13/2010
I purchased the BFOFB about two weeks ago and I'm happy with my purchase. You would probably think that a fold-up bench would prove cheesy, well it's not. I'm confident that the bench uprights could hold up to 300lbs safely. The width between the uprights will give most individuals enough room to comfortable place their grips without pinching their hands after unracking/racking the bar. The seat pad and back pad are spaced about three inches from each other(which is unique for a bench)and it may irritate some individuals. However, I'm 6'1" and it doesn't really bother me. I am using the bench exclusively for flat benching, so I haven't tried the three various positions of the back pad. I also will not be using the leg-lift feature(I do front/back squats). However, it's a solid bench. For the money you can't beat the price or quality and the fold-up feature is a nice touch. Me so happy!!

Great Bench - Very Versitile from Camas, WA on 07/21/2013 – Verified Buyer
I received the bench and have been using it for a few days. One complaint is the uprights are not wide enough but I can adjust my grip against the upright.
Here are the Pros
- Inexpensive
- Collapses easily to save space
- Easy to assemble

Cons
- Uprights not wide enough for bench press!!!
- Leg attachment could be better

Awesome bench. from Salem, AL on 02/03/2015 – Verified Buyer
This bench is fantastic for serious lifters and workouts. This holds olympic size barbells and massive weights, and it folds up somewhat to get out of the way.

Great bench. from Omaha, NE on 07/08/2012 – Verified Buyer
Well constructed. Assembly took about 45 minutes. Unlike other reviews concerning shipping problems and damaged or missing pieces, this unit was well packaged, no damage, no pieces missing. The leg developer does sit too low to ground, difficult to get feet underneath it. Resolved by raising entire unit on 1" platforms.

Good bench from Vestal, NY on 05/13/2012 – Verified Buyer
The bench is great but it got lost in shipping. All the small parts were loose in the box and several nuts and washers were lost/ missing. Easy assembly (once I got replacement parts) and a very sturdy bench. The leg extension piece leaves a little to be desired but over all I'm satisfied with it.

Olympic Bench by Best Fitness from Portland, Oregon on 06/29/2010
[...], it was pretty easy to put together considering that I'm not the "sharpest tool in the shed" but i managed to put it together in less then 2 hours (lol) Ive yet to try and bench press sense i don't have an Olympic weight bar or even weights for that matter, but it seems sturdy enough to hold the 225 pounds I'm planing to buy and in a review i red a while ago, it says this bench can hold up to 300 pounds and about 100 pounds on the leg developer thing (beats going to the gym), so for me it's a perfect home gym device.
