My old one had some scratches in the bottom and somethings were beginning to stick when I was cooking so I disposed of it once I rec'd my new one. Sandite1 from Tulsa, OK	1.0 9/29/2008 Run as far away as you can from Berndes Non-stick coating bubbled up and Berndes claims this it not a defect and will not honor theirLIFE-TIME warranty.When pan sent in for warranty, Berndes kept pan for 2 weeks before evaluating. Pan cost[$] and was bought on premises that if coating peeled it could be replaced. This is the only pan I have had that the non-stick coating bubbled,no metal utensils were every used on this pan. I think they are a very shady company-that offers a LIFETIME warranty but does not honor it. Now they shame me with a 25% off coupon for replacing the pan and have the nerve to ask if I want my defective pan back. I quess this is how they make their money-redoing defective merchandise that the public gives them back.(Berndes letter back to me had typo's that made it difficult to read and understand my OPTIONS. Not impressed with their lack of professionalism Berndes has shown with my defective pan.) Was this helpful? Yes / No
